Pixlr-o-matic can also be downloaded to Facebook, Chrome web app and is even available for iOS and Android platforms. You can upload your picture and select from the vast array of retro effects available. Apart from the default ones, you can also choose from the additional options and add them to the reel so that you can easily access it. On the other hand, with Pixlr Express, you have options like Adjustments, Effects, Overlay, Border, Doodle, Sticker and Text. Under Adjustments you have basic editing option like crop, focal blur, adjust color, airbrush, sharpen, remove red-eye, denoise, etc. With the others, you can choose from wide range of effects to add to your image.
